This Passionfruit Biscuits Recipe is one of my mother in law's favourites.
90 grams of icing sugar
4 to 6 passionfruit
1 cup of cornflour
180 grams of butter
1 1/4 cups of self raising flour
Cream the icing sugar and butter together, mix in the passionfruit pulp, self raising flour and the cornflour.
Dob a small amount (teaspoon size) on to a greased oven tray and bake in a moderate oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
When cool ice with passionfruit icing.
