Passionfruit Biscuits
This Passionfruit Biscuit Recipe is from my mother in law, Joy. Ingredients 90 grams icing sugar 4 to 6 passionfruit 1 cup cornflour 180 grams butter 1 1/4 cups self raising flour
Method Cream icing sugar and butter, mix in passionfruit, self raising flour and cornflour. Dob a small amount (teaspoon size) on to a greased oven tray and bake in a moderate oven for 12 to 15 minutes. When cool ice with passionfruit icing.
